I just took a Mountain Bike Skills Course on an introductory level run by Peter. It was a terrific 3hours, learning cornering, braking and overcoming obstacle skills, that I can't wait to put into use. I took the course to help improve my mountain bike skills for multisport events inorder to improve my efficiency and speed and this course increased my riding confidence greatly. I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to improve their skills and confidence on a bike, even if it's just riding to work.
